School Organizations
Armenian Sisters Academy is supported by a dedicated network of organizations that work together to strengthen the school community and advance the Academy’s mission. Through leadership, service, volunteerism, and community engagement, these organizations play an important role in supporting our students, faculty, Sisters, and families.
Board of Directors
The Armenian Sisters Academy Board of Directors oversees the financial stewardship, maintenance, and long-term development of the Academy. The Board is committed to preserving and strengthening ASA’s mission while supporting the continued growth of the school and its campus.
Academic programs, curriculum, student life, discipline, faculty, and staff are managed by the Office of Administration. Parents with questions, suggestions, or concerns in these areas are encouraged to contact the administration directly.

Parent Teacher Council (PTC)
The Parent Teacher Council (PTC) fosters collaboration between parents, teachers, and the school community through volunteerism, outreach, and educational enrichment programs.
The PTC supports many school traditions and events throughout the year, including:
- Back to School Night
- Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
- Hot Lunch Program
- Thanksgiving Luncheon
- Year-End Musical & Picnic
- Co-curricular student activities and events
Parent involvement is an important part of the ASA experience, and families are encouraged to participate and support the PTC throughout the school year.

Ladies Auxiliary
Founded in 1967, the Ladies Auxiliary has long played a vital role in supporting Armenian Sisters Academy through community engagement, fundraising, and volunteer service.
The organization is made up of dedicated women from the community who generously contribute their time, creativity, and support to the Academy. Members gather monthly for fellowship and planning meetings held at the school.
Annual initiatives and events organized by the Ladies Auxiliary include:
- Christmas Luncheon
- Mother’s Day Luncheon
- Annual Christmas Greeting Campaign

ASA Alumni Society
The ASA Alumni Society connects graduates and former students of Armenian Sisters Academy while supporting the continued growth and success of the school.
The Society promotes the Academy through alumni engagement, community outreach, and educational enrichment initiatives that strengthen the bond between past and present generations of ASA students.
Alumni are encouraged to stay connected with the ASA community and contact the school for more information about alumni events and involvement opportunities.
