There are many organizations within the Academy that support the mission of the Academy and work for the success of our students, faculty, Sisters, and the Academy.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Armenian Sisters Academy is responsible for the supervision of the financial affairs of the school, the maintenance, and improvement of the physical property. The board is committed to the preservation and ongoing development of the Academy.
Academics, discipline, curriculum, student, faculty, and staff fall under the jurisdiction of the Office of Administration. Any comments, suggestions, or concerns in these areas should be addressed by scheduling an appointment with the administration.

Parent Teacher Council (PTC)
The purpose of the Parent Teacher Council (PTC) is a community organization, outreach, parent and teacher support, and educational enrichment through the programs provided throughout the year.
PTC-sponsored programs include Back to School Night, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, Hot Lunch, Thanksgiving Luncheon, Year-End Musical, and picnic, among many others. The PTC also works with the faculty in planning co-curricular programs.
Parental participation and support are vital to the continued success of the Academy. We encourage parents to join the PTC.

Ladies Auxiliary
The Ladies Auxiliary was founded in 1967 and dedicates itself to promoting community interest in the Academy and raising funds.
The organization consists of female members of the community who dedicate their valuable time and creativity to support the Academy. Members meet on the third Wednesday of each month in the school’s cafeteria for a luncheon meeting.
The Ladies Auxiliary organizes an annual Christmas luncheon, Mother’s Day luncheon, and an annual Christmas greeting.

ASA Alumni Society
The ASA Alumni Society is comprised of graduates and students who attended the Armenian Sisters Academy. The society’s goal is to promote the general welfare of the Academy through public relations and educational enrichment.
