ASA After School Care Program

The After School Care program at ASA is supervised by our dedicated faculty and staff, providing a safe and supportive environment for students.

Program Details:

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Aftercare will NOT be available on half days
  • Cost: $20 per day, per child

Payment Information:

  • Payment: $320.00 per child is required in advance for the first month. This amount will be credited to your account and deducted based on your child’s attendance.
  • You must establish an account for your child(ren) to stay for aftercare.
  • Notifications: You will be notified when your account balance is low.

To Enroll: 

  • To register your child(ren), please email Sandy in the main office at office@asaphila.org.
  • Send your payment of $320.00 along with the completed form below in a sealed envelope labeled “Aftercare Payment” to the main office or Click Here to make a  Credit Card payment.
  • Payments must be made in advance. All fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

  • Late Pick-Up Policy: A fee of $10.00 for every 5 minutes will be charged after 5:00 p.m. This policy will be strictly enforced, and payment is due at the time of pick-up.
  • Snacks: Please send a healthy, non-perishable snack in a disposable bag for your child each day,
